Report a translation problem
1) Disable Frame Buffer Effects
2) Disable Soft Shadows
3) Try running the game in compatibility mode for Windows XP Service Pack 3
* Disable V Sync
Try experimenting with V Sync so try turning it off and if it doesn't work, try leaving it on.
Another likely explanation is that your save file got corrupted, but you don't have to worry about that, it's easily fixed. Just reload some earlier save and keep saving on that earlier save, it should fix the issue. Remember to save more often in the future so this problem doesn't occur again! :DD
