Bullets need to POP more, all colors vanish in some maps(core)
Perfect example is the core, ALL colors basically become invisible when they pass over the lava falls which happens quite a bit, I think all the bullets need a little bit more black ring on the outside so they can be more easily seen or the lava be toned down in brightness so they don't just hide any and all bullets.

Sorry, nope. It's completely intentional.

Why though?

Errrrr... because I wanted to. That's it really. Rules, challenges and difficulty are really up to the game designer. And it's up to the player to deal with it... or choose that this is a stupid stupid game and that he won't bother trying :)
I can get behind you making that choice because you wanted to I just don't really see how it adds to any difficulty or challenge.

Well, you just asked for a modification... I don't think it was purely aesthetical, or was it ?
Well just to make the bullets actually visible against some of the backgrounds, I honestly can't think of any shootemup that blinds players to the projectiles they need to avoid.

You don't see how it adds to difficulty yet you ask for it to be removed. Why? Just because you haven't seen this anywhere else? Sorry, but I'm having a hard time following you...
Not being able to see bullets because they vanish because of the background isn't 'difficulty', its' cheap "difficulty" that can cause cheap deaths because you died to bullets that vanished because of BACKGROUND terrain interfering with the foreground.

I'm not asking anything to be 'removed' I'm just asking to make it so the bullets are always visible like they should be. I'm pretty sure if you went and asked any shootemup devs whether having bullets become invisible due to background elements is an extra layer of 'difficulty' and they probably wouldn't agree.

The tiny bullets I can see why they would vanish into the background because they are tiny as hell and easy to lose track of but the regular sized bullets also pulling the vanishing trick is just not a very fair or fun thing.
