New ETA for Patch downtime 11/08/2017

Due to some unforeseen issues while upgrading the database prior to pushing the content patch, expected downtime has been extended by approximately 4 hours. This puts our ETA at or around 9 PM EST tonight. We apologize for the inconvenience. As we receive additional news we will share it with all of you. Thank you for your patience.

Unfortunately, some more issues have occurred and we are working hard to resolve them. Meanwhile, the eta on the patch has been extended by another 2 hours. We understand the frustrations and are doing our best to get the update to you in the best possible fashion.
