Halo mod
Anyone know of a reskin mod for half life 2 dm that will make it look like halo?

Not that I know of. If there is a Halo mod, Gamebanana would be your best bet.

Probably. I've seen Crysis mods for CSS, so I imagine that there would be halo skins as well.
