Does Botrix get you vac banned?

It says when you install the addon, to put hl2;dm in insecure mode, but will I get vacced if I don't?

As said, it won't. It's just to prevent conflicts with game files. If you don't use -insecure, what's going to happen is that you will get kicked out by VAC (not banned, just kicked).
