Considering one of the tags is "Nudity" and before you visit the community hub it even tells you that you are about to look at NSFW stuff, it's pretty clear this is child porn.

Considering that this is published by an American company on Steam, I really doubt that it is illegal. It also wouldn't be on steam if it was "banned".

It's not at all unreasonable to assume that you're a troll.

This has no reason to be banned, ESPECIALLY not in Japan.
I would ask where you got that idea, but once again, it's a safer bet to just assume that you're a troll. Perhaps you were mislead by someone equally unaware, I can't know for sure.

As far as I know, the UK's nowhere near as bad, but I can believe that Korea is.
Glad you can get most of them through Steam somehow though :)
