There are many different subscriptions, maybe one of them wasn't updated. Try to remember where did you buy the game, was it a pack, etc.

You should have all the languages for Red Tide now. Only English and Russian languages are available for MoW: Condemned Heroes at the moment (more will be added in a month or so).
