How similar to Walking Dead is this?
I've had this game forever since the Humble Bundle and only just now getting a chance to take a look at it. How similar to Walking Dead style gameplay is this? Do you make story-changing decisions?

This game is a pretty standard point and click affair. No major story decisions, not a lot of diverging paths of choice, just straight up story, exploration, puzzle solving, etc. If you are not already familiar with the Back to the Future series, you may not like this game all that much. Having watched the films several times, I can say that I really enjoyed this game for what it was.

Have nothing to do with The Walking Dead.

Its a 3D Point and Click Adventure with a really cool Story and the characters are perfect! :)
One of the best "help" systems if you dont know what you should do without spoiler the solution.

No you don't, but to be honest, Walking Dead didn't allow for any story changing decisions either besides some minor secondary character changes.

haven't played this but i feel like the walking dead decisions were pretty huge i know there were at least 2 drastic changes depending on certain things and all the decisions will be moving into the next game coming out. seemed pretty major to me.

Uh, no there wasn't. I played through the entire Walking Dead game, so unless piror decisions make major changes in season two, there was nothing major charged besides secondary character deaths and some minor dialog.

A story is more than just 'the outcome of the story'. There are several points where you can influence how characters think of you and consequently treat you, sometimes drastically. The changing dialogue, the attitude towards your character and his actions, which people survive for how long and so on make up the whole of the story.

Even if, at the end, you'd arrive at the same ending as everyone, the way you got there might have been quite a bit different than mine. And 'the way you got there' is, to put it more bluntly, the bulk of the story.

edit: i am of course talking about twd, not bttf

TWD did an excellent job at making you think your choices mattered, but it's virtually impossible to design a game around truly branching plot lines. Because, after only a handful of binary choices, you'll quickly get into triple digit possible outcomes. It's just not possible to film and plan and record for that many possibilities. Unfortunately.

this is pretty differnt from walking dead...its more like monkey island one...with combining iteams and puzzle sloving.
