just bought the game and after clicking done when the tutorial ends the game crashes
any help please?

Sorry to hear, I had to go on a friends computer to actually play the game. If you can't find a way to play it I recommend trying to get a refund

I got this game as a gift so I can’t refund it that’s just rude and steam doesn’t allow it :/

Well they don't want people to just get money from other people's gift but I definitely see where the annoyance comes from
