Mac OSX cannot start first puzzle.

I, like others on Mac, got a garbled screen when the game first started, however, by using cmd-f (and maybe cmd-ctrl-f) I exited full screen and was able to see the game. However, after the scene with the (astronaut?), I am unable to do anything except click the screen, which causes a sort of ripple effect. I don't think so. AFAIK, they're not releasing patches for the game anymore.

I actually tried the game again. I think I may have deleted all of my previous saves and started a new game and this time the first puzzle actually worked, but the second puzzle didn't. I think basically what's happening is that, the order the images are displayed is out of order so that things that are supposed to be on top are underneath instead and can't be seen. Something like that, anyway. I have no idea why it worked the one time. It's probably some sort of fluke or the nature of the bug itself.

When I was playing after that it worked. For the ripple effect, I think you have to click on something specific so that the ripple shows up as green instead of red in order for the story to continue. So for example, I clicked on the character the Creepy Man, not the profile of him at the top of the screen, when the game wanted me to talk to him, and the game continued. Hope this helps.

Did you make it past the second puzzle, with the logs?

Still broken. Can't do anything after the video with the astronaut. Received this game in the latest Humble Bundle... glad to say it only cost $1 but still.... if its not compatible with Mac then dont advertise it as such!

yeah. too bad mac doesn't have a compatibility mode, since it apparently worked in older osx versions

I remember running this back in 2014 on Snow Leopard - 10.6
But now it's unplayable, cannot even initiate the first puzzle, as nothing can happen other than this ripple effect when clicking.
