Online Multiplayer/AI Opponents?

I do genuinely enjoy the game and find it to be worth my money, make no mistake there. But I, and aloit of others would really get a lot more out of it with these options there. The only gamer friend I have lives an hour away and Single Player isn't really that fun in comparison.

I admit I should of looked into it more, but I assumed this would at least have AI opponents like Worms does, a similarish party game.
