I can't find prison cells anymore

I need to unlock just one more NPC, and I'm almost sure it's the ledge goblin, but I've already done more than 100 runs and I still can't find him, and cells simply don't appear in my game anymore, does anyone know how to solve this? Note: I already have more than 80 hours of gameplay and there are only 2 achievements left for me to complete them all, the NPCs achievement and the Frifle one...

Not specific ones, like paths to secret floors, but common ones, rooms where you need to shoot the wall to make a crack and then open it with blanks. So, the question is: are there any patterns to look for, so i would not need to shoot literally every wall?...

Who said this game was easy?

I've played about 30 hours and have only been to level 5 once. I haven't seen the ending yet and have only completed 3 challenges. If you look at Steam reviews, they say that this game is not difficult. Are you fooled by their fishing? I get angry every time I play this game. I don't know why they made the difficulty so difficult. I think I need at least 300 hours to unlock all the achievements in this game....

Early game is easily the biggest slog-fest of any rogue-like I have played.
Usage of items are not at all intuitive either and some high dps items are actually a negative in the arsenal in how long it takes to load.

The first time i played this game, i never thought it would become one of my favorites. I wasn't accustomed to bullet hell type of games and found it to be extremely hard. After moving from console to PC i got it again on steam cause this game is just a pure blast. Cuteness, comedy, movement, music all 10/10.

Once you get to the credits the first time and think you beat the game, think again, the gungeon still holds a lot of mysteries and discovering them is part of what makes this game so awesome.
