Campaign, Multiplayer, and Zombies options are greyed out.
Has anyone else had this issue/does anyone know of a fix?

I'm having the same issue

I originally downloaded the game to an external drive and transfered the files to an internal drive. I am currently trying to go back to the files on my external to see if that helps. Also, I have the latest drivers installed so that's not the problem and I also turned off steam overlay. I'm not sure if that would matter, but it didn't help me. I'm running a Gigabyte Geforce GTX 980, just wondering if you have the same card?

Same issue. Installed game to main PC and worked fine. Copied those file to my second PC and all options are greyed out whether online or offline.

I think it's the pre-load option that's screwing us. I've read on other posts if you uncheck and re-check the campaign, multiplayer, and zombies options it will fix it, but i'm just going to delete and re-install the whole thing. you might try doing either of those options on the second PC you installed it on.

Did you bump your post after only 30 minutes?

@Synnical77 Oh that's no good, at least it works on your primary pc! I can't play it att all. Have you tried uninstalling on your secong PC and copying the files again?

Yes. Same result. Second PC has all options greyed out.

I've read quite a few posts on this issue and so far it looks like the only fix is re-downloading the game. If it helps, I have read posts that say you can uncheck and re-check the boxes by the different modes of the game, meaning campain, multiplayer, and zombies and re-download them individually, so if there is one mode you need to play with both pc's tonight, then you could just do one and minimize your bandwidth usage.

Finally worked out a solution. I did a proper steam game backup of Black Ops 3 on my main pc and then restored it on my second PC. Everything works fine now.
same with me
