installing skins help

i had skins installed in my game and they are still in teh files but wont show up in game

any help here?

Go to steamapps folder < common < halflife< dod < once you get there move your custom contest to the desired folder like models, sprites etc

i have the models already in the correct folders but it still dosent appear in game when the settings say allow content
