Stuck in "Lost documents" level [World 4 - Archaic Library]

Hi,

Tried so many times... but i still don't succeed in finishing this level : Lost Documents, in the fourth world (library). I'm stucked at the beginning, after getting the first key and opening the door. Next to it, there is an arrow which changes the gravity (up) and two sets of cogs rotating, separated from eact other with two spikes also rotating. Exactly, in this part of the level :

Sometimes, i manage to jump from the first set of cogs to the second. Sometimes only... I'm not even sure what is exactly the move to do so : getting the box AND jumping, more or less at the same time.

Whatever, when i manage to, i'm still stucked on the other side of those cogs. The door is closed and i need a second key. I know there is an arrow showing you the way (downward), but still don't know what to do here... There is not enough space to do the trick with the box and getting higher/lower.

If someone can show me the way or tell me what i'm missing... he/she would get my eternal recognition (yeah, nothing better to offer dude...).

Some gradual hints, so you can look at only what you need. Or look at them all, if you want the entire solution (for this part of the level)! ^_^

Hints and info:
1) Destroyed blocks will re-spawn at pipes! I don't remember if that concept was formally introduced in an earlier level (I think it was?), but it's definitely important for this level!
2) You have to go down, but the up-block can't help you here (even with block climbing tricks that might help in other situations). =(
3) There was a down-block earlier in the level! =)
4) Since you destroyed the down-block to get the first key, you should be able to find the down-block by a pipe now!
5) Get the down-block and touch the up-arrow, and now, you have both down and up gravity! Hold the block to go up (up-arrow gravity). Drop the block (to stand on it) to go down (down-block gravity). Keep switching between up and down gravity to stay between the saw blades, and move right (while holding the block) a little at a time to get past the saw blades.

Yeah ! Again, thank you very, very much, Cavalcadence ! :D

I knew the destroyed blocks re-spawn at pipes and i could get a new down-block near them but that damned up-block in the way... convinced me it was necessary to use it !
