I did it. I escaped Stalag Flucht in 1 day.
1 day... wow. I didn't even think it could be done. As far as I know, I'm the first person to ever do so. I'm #1 on the leaderboards (swifteralex). This is how I did it:

Requirements: Staff key, any type of cutters, and a bed dummy
You'll need good cutters because you'll have to cut through the electric fence in under an hour (in-game time of course).
(Note: This escape can be done with 2 files in case you don't find any duct-tape, but your timing has to be perfect when cutting the fence.)

Info: The guard with the staff key will always be one of the two guards that don't go in prison events (not one of the three guards in, for example, the cafeteria). This leaves only one chance to not be able to get the staff key from one of the guards. Doing this method is not about skill. You'll have to have good patience and restart any unsuccessful saves. Also, there is a high chance one of the items you might need is for sell, so don't skip your job!

Step 1: Get the putty
Right after you start the game, you'll want to go rummaging through desks to find any talcum powder available. If you find none, I advise quitting and making another save. Once you do find it, make it into powder and move onto step 2.

Step 2: Smarten up
To do this escape, you need at least 70 intelligence. Spend any free-time you might have boosting your intelligence in the library. To make a mold, you'll need 50 intelligence, so don't go onto step three until you get that level of intelligence.

Step 3: Get people to like you.
You'll really need this because you won't be able to get the staff key by yourself. The best way to do this is to make comb-shivs and give them to people. Once you get around three inmates to follow you, you're ready to go. During a prison event, attack one of the non-participating guards (Tip: Let the inmates do it; it won't be good to attack the guard and end up getting your heat so high you get shot) and see if he has the red key. If not, try to get three followers again and beat up the remaining guard. Be sure to have the putty on you whilst you attack.

Step 4:
Once you have the red key mold, the hard part is over. You just need the cutters and molten plastic now. Rummaging through desks & downed people, beating people up, and/or buying things are really your only ways to be able to get your duct-tape, files, and lighter.

Step 5: After you get all the materials -- the bed dummy, the staff key, and the cutters -- you're set to escape. The first thing you'll want to do is put the bed dummy down. The second thing is to pop into roll-call so the prison doesn't go into lock-down. Even if you're there for one second, it still counts as you being there. Now, go to where the generator is with the red key. Get inside the generator room, and wait until roll-call is over. The second it hits 23:00 o'clock, you'll have to turn off the generator, and dash to the fence. Once you're there, start cutting as fast as you can. You'll only have less than a minute to get through the fence. Once you cut through, you can escape and brag to all the forums about your triumph! The patience and effort do pay off in the end, because it's such a good feeling of satisfaction.

Hope you all enjoyed this instruction, and happy escaping!

Impressive, I've been renewing my scores with the new system, but I didn't consider getting flimsy cutters in this map. Improving the score now seems a matter of keeping heat down. Also, doing your desk searching during morning rollcall will allow you to restart sooner if the items are crap.

Also, a good tip for you, you can identify exactly what guards have which key by the order during inmate/guard naming before starting the game. The fourth one is always the one with the red key (third one is entrance key, that will come in handy at shankton).

Wow... I never knew that :P

And ya, my score was deducted by around 800 points because I've gotten a lot of heat in that game...

Also, I noticed you were #2 in the Stalag Flucht leaderboards, and #1 on three other prisons (holy crap)

#2 behind YOU.

Also seems that I'm still in the top 10 of irongate, and that's without the new score system.

I've seen people say this, but I named each guard the color of the key he should have, and they didn't have the correct keys. I only tried it once, and the keys weren't correct, so many it was just a bug?

What is the correct color order SUPPOSED to be? Maybe I have an incorrect source.

Most sources you've seen are correct I've been playing for a while with the first 5 guards set to alpha-bravo-charlie-delta-echo (name the guards in that order, that's important). Doing that and beating them up, you will see for yourself that they have the same keys all the time.

The only ones I care to remember are the utility key (bravo), entrance key (charlie), and staff key (delta).

The order of the keys is
1. Cell key
2. Utility key
3. Entrance key
4. Staff key
5. Work key
i escaped after about 2 minutes into the game, true story, lemme explain how

step 1: find a decent weapon
step 2: Beat the♥♥♥♥♥♥out of 4 guards
step 3: Walk out of the prison
