GAME SAVES UNABLE TO LOAD

i have lost progress in certain games and it wont let me load them as when i try to says game unable to load? i have lost a game that i was 5 seasons in and 2 months of another game any help as it is sad to see this happen and would be greatful for help

have you ever changed your keyboard language on system tray?? e.g. Eng to Ger or Ger to Spanish or Eng UK to Eng USA??
and there is a button in settings that clears cache of skins.use it and set default skins and retry to load previous game of you

I have the same problem now
I haven't done any changes at all. I have startet a online game, and have played trough some weeks and now it just seems to have disappeard

What do I do???

Have not done anything with languages and do not use a keyboard
