level 3-4 bug?

Cant find third shoe(doesnt appear), fully cleared map 3 times. well at least i cant find anyting more to collect.

3-5 if you count flying levels :)

also 3-14 (if counting flying levels)

If you play in the difficult mode, you will get all the shoes ;)

Just played this level 3x, once on normal mode and then twice on difficult. There was no third shoe each time I beat it. The third playthrough I went ten minutes making sure I got every corner in case any of the pellets were hidden. Nothing.
