For future reference, though:
1. I'm pretty sure that is nowhere NEAR severe enough of an offense to convince Valve to take the game off of Steam.
2. While I'm far from an authority on this, I get the feeling that bugged Steam achievements are an issue that needs to be sorted out by Valve, not by a game's developer.
3. I did play this game for a while, and no. Guns and Robots is not a pay-to-win game at all. If you're getting pwned by the AI bots you usually end up matched against, hate to break it to you, but it isn't the game that's at fault.
