Pillars of Eternity FAQ
General:
Q. At what time will the game be playable?
The game will be unlocked on Steam at 17:00 CET, gods be willing (sometimes there are minor delays)
Q. Can you pre-load the game on Steam?
Yes! If you add the game to your Steam library it should now be possible to pre-load and ready to go on the minute of release
Q. I didn’t receive my game!
You will have to contact the retailer from where you purchased it. If you purchased it from us, see below.
Q. I have bought the game via your webshop (paradoxplaza.com) when will I get my key?
The keys are being sent out as we speak. If you haven’t received yours by 17:00 CET, please submit a ticket through paradox.zendesk.com and state your order number and we’ll get right on it
Q. I have a physical copy of the game, when can I start playing?
Also the physical copies are Steam versions and require Steam activation, so the same as above goes also for you.

Bonus pre-order content and backer rewards
Q. I’m a Backer, how and when will I receive my rewards?
The rewards are being sent out already and they should start arriving at our backers as we speak. Please keep in mind that sending thousands of physical items all across the world to as many people is a logistically complicated task and we must ask you to accept it will take a little while before everyone has got theirs. We can assure you that we are working hard to have your rewards delivered to you as fast as possible.
Q. My backer reward was damaged or there were other issues with the delivery! What do I do?
Please submit a ticket through paradox.zendesk.com and state your name, shipping address, order number and email.
Q. The Pre-order content, where is it located?
You can find your pre-order bonuses in your in-game inventory.
Q. Digital Deluxe content, where is it located?
It’s located in the steam folder for the game. \Steam\SteamApps\common\Pillars of Eternity
Q. It’s been weeks and I still haven’t received my backer rewards!
They are still being sent out. Chances are that yours haven’t been sent just yet. You can always contact us opening a ticket through paradox.zendesk.com, stating all necessary information including your name, address, email and order number or similar.
