Mercapocalypse mod crashing
happens every 10 minutes or so. Didn't happen as often with only BSM installed. Any fix?

When do the crashes happen? Is it while loading shops? The game takes some time to load the inventory images and it may crash while doing so, but after all inventory images are generated you should be alright.

Also good to go to your game folder and on LOG folder, then paste the last log here so i can see why your game is crashing.

It might be what you said but what I realized was that the game likes to crash whenever I try to go in the inventory of the guy with the glasses...Forgot his name but you get him for free at the very start.

I'll look for the freeze and wait for it to see if what you said is correct.

UPDATE: It seems whenever my said companion speaks the game freezes. Yes, I waited out the freeze and right after it he said "With pleasure".

The voices in the game all make a short freeze when it happens for the first time, after the first freeze all voice and dialog will work as normal.

For the other crashes however, i'm not sure what is going on, did you install both the main file and the latest update? Did you verify integrity with Steam? That can break some of the mod files, just to be sure re-extract just the Quests folder from the main pack of the mod.

Also, are you loading an existing game or are you starting a new game? Make sure to start a new game with the mod.

I started a new game yeah. I downloaded the mod with the patch and put them all in the main folder as it said in the instructions.
I´m getting the same crash, did you find a fix?
Alright I think I fixed it. According to a post in the Mercapocalypse forum these are missing vanilla files. I reinstalled the game outside of Program Files, then activated the beta to install BSM and installed Mercapocalypse. Running fine for me now!
