Everytime i launch AC U. Says ACU.exe has stopped working

When you encounter this issue: Since game launched, can't even play the game at all.
Your PC Specs: Processor : i7-3770K @ 3.50GHz
Graphics Card : GTX 660 SC
Ram : Corsair Vengeance 8GB x2
Any additional info: I'm hoping for a refund or someone help me fix this problem.
