Where is the rise of nations 2 ? i like this game

in a conquest campaign battle when you defeat an enemy, is there a way to destroy the city instead of capture it? Or do captured cities not count against limit? my enemy has a crappy outlier city that is useless, but I don't want it to take my last city slot...

Title. I'm not trying to learn to code or edit scripts. I just want to turn the timer off so I can enjoy myself. I hate artificial barriers like that to make things more difficult and stressful. I was doing just fine and starting to ramp up and roll over 2 AI when my time ran out on a mission. Super frustrating. I just got the game today and am not trying to speed run things. Is there a mod that exists to simply disable the mission timer? Never had another RTS do this every mission....

Think about it. RTS games require patience, skill, strategy & intelligence. These are qualities that the younger generations don't have as much anymore. They fried their attention span and dopamine receptors by doomscrolling random ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ everyday. You can even lookup increasing reports of new teachers stating that Gen Z highschool kids come into their class and don't know how to read or research. Dumb as rocks. Not every kid is like this of course, but the future doesn't look so bright(pun intended ;)) ...
