Hi!
I just googled this error which I have not seen before, and found this:
"It appears that this error is due to not having Windows Media Player installed or configured properly on your computer.
Apparently, the XNA framework decided to lift numerous audio utilities from the Windows Media Player .dlls, which I suppose Microsoft just assumes are available on every Windows machine."
...
So, one thing to try would be to install Windows Media Player...
The Windows event log on your computer should have more information about the error.
Here is a guide for how to access it:

Thank You !!!
Can you try to install Windows Media Player? It seemed to help in another case...

Can you take a look in the Windows event log?

From googling, this may be a video codec problem, but more information would be helpful.

Do you have Windows Media Player? Otherwise, see if installing it helps.
I have researched a bit...
Do you have a program called AC3Filter installed/running..? If so, perhaps try disabling/uninstalling it.
no i don't have it. I searched all drives. I believe it's a codec for Divx Player, so I will uninstall that and retry as well.
Edit: no, didn't work.
