God_43 Unofficial SDK Mod 2.2b
Superpower 2 Mod - God_43

This is the unofficial patch/mod for sp2 made by me.

Server.dll = Mod files
sp2_cfg_server.xml = Mod files

1. Immigration is tied not only to "having space", but also to government stability and economics.

2. Gtm is fixed; no longer will the game have the ability to do a double tax, now you can set the taxes of all your resources at once; using the Gtm. Values above 69% are reserved.

* New GTM functions for STATE controlled economy:
Setting GTM to 75% will set ALL state controlled resources to Private Control (i.e. non GvtControl)
Setting GTM to 80% will set ALL private controlled resources to Public Control (i.e. turn them all GvtControl)
Setting GTM to 85% will set ALL state controlled resources to *Meet Domestic Consumption*
Setting GTM to 90% will set ALL state controlled resources to illegal - Not enabled.

3. Military production has been increased, resource balance is now taken into account this allows more items to be produced in the queue at once, and again this depends on your nation and other factors.

4. Poverty is now tied to your human development level, it is not directly tied (that would drop the poverty level like a rock....leaving you with a lot of demand to fill) to the HDL. On average I would say that it is now 20% faster than before, for countries like India and china, you will see the poverty level increase at first; but once you get going it will start to come down faster.

5. Nuclear missiles do much more damage, you can also continue to nuke the target nation without diminishing returns...however due to the terrible damage that nukes do, you probably don't want to do that.

6. budget Sliders have more influence than before, increasing them into the green helps out more than before.

7. Eco-Mod has been added.

8. AI will build larger quantities of non-infantry units, still mostly builds infantry.

i am releasing my SDK codes as well. if you make changes, please upload the code so that others can learn from you as well. don't be a like uberfox and keep it all to yourself. thank you.

Very nice, I'll have to give this a go. I'd also like to make a request that you publish a list of any other changes you're planning in the future.

Nice mod man, I'm going to keep it merged with mine.

If you are planning on doing more with this mod there are a few things that I think are very important;

- Countries build more of there own units (can be OP if not careful).
- If hosting other people don't have to have mod to play.

I'm not sure how hard these are to implement, but would be awesome if you could do it.

i dont know why that is the case, it must have something to do with this new steam version.because the old super power 2, didnt have this issue. not even just database mods placed in the sp2 folder had this issue.

I thought that was always the case!? With database mods anyway.

Confirmed; to host a database modded server, people must download the mod to join.

P.S You should merge my 0.12.5 with you SDK mod instead of 0.12 :)

no more aturkary. i added my eco mod. i also separated it from other mods, it can be used with any db mod.

I'm pretty sure uberfox managed to do it, but it depends on how easy/hard it is.

Earlier today I ran into some exploits on that SP2 website, perhaps it may be possible to patch them?

no this is still an issue, like isaid before, it didnt used to be this way. something changed with this steam release and only the devs can fix that. because you cant even hae a db mod installed to your sp2 folder and join a game.
