The pace of this game...

is agonizing. Even with the time compression on. I'm afraid it's a deal breaker for me, slowboating around for 95% of my time. Am I doing something wrong?
I would guess 'Sheldon' does exist and has in fact designed this game.

Did you set the seta to 10x instead of 6x (6x is the default when you start a new game).

What ship are you flying? What are you wanting to do in the game (plot, combat, trade, emipre building)?

Thanks for the responses. I found the SETA control and set it up to 10x, managed to trade up enough money to upgrade the ship speed and manuverability so it's going a bit better now with the movement. I guess I want to start off trading for cash, but the npc's seem to be better at it than me. There is potential here I will continue to explore.

Head to Home of Light and dock at Terracopr HQ and purchase Best Buy Best Sell Software... a must have in trading to easily and quickly find best buy/sell prices in a sector you are in... once you get Advanced Sat's in other systems you can also easily find best buy/sell in those places.
