Okay i need some more help again Sorry :)
How do i get a HQ or homebase. Can i build it an if yes were do i buy it ???

You need to do plot missions to get it. I beleive you have to do the HUB plot first before you can do the HQ/Homebase.... HUB is evil (Im just starting it) and it takes a LONG LONG LONG time to complete. You need to get a "few" things.

Will do. I have been going throw a lot off youtube video including CDRdave on youtube they are off great help to me. An again i wanna thank you for your help.

No prob. I've played over 200 hours but am no where near an expert at this game. I've still a lot to learn, but am working on picking up all the small details. There are some things that are very confusing to do if you've not done them yet.
