Which X3 Game should i start with?

I've never really played any of them, and had them sitting in my library for maybe a year now. So tell me, which should I start with?

If you really want the story, you can start with Reunion. If you want to get the steam achievements and some story, start with TC. But if you want mostly just the sand box, AP is the best for this; and it has achievements.
