I bought and played this game, from the very begining while the dev team was celebrating online from twitch - what has happend since then? When is a new patch/update coming? Where are some words from the developers and progress in this game??

well, I'm asking myself the same question - I fear they've vanished to nowhere.
I really hope they're just focussing on vol.2

Glad I'm not the only one :) I really also hope that they are working on new levels and progress in the game - anyway, it would still be nice with a little heads-up from the dev team.. the last "news" was from march 26th and not a word since...

I would also like to know. I kickstarted Woolfe, but wanted to wait for a bugfix patch or two before playing. Haven't seen any such thing for nearly three months, what the hell.

Yeah, they left the game and it's still bugged.

According to their website volume 2 should be coming out some time in August, and they're also working on a PS4 and XBone version.

I hope that the silence means they're busy working on those.

Well, besides the announcement on the website, there is totally silence on the Dev-Blog, Twitter and so on. So these are no good signs.

What kind of updates are you expecting?

The game is finished and perfectly playable.

Well, it would be nice to get at least some announcement or progress update. Unless, of course, the developers are planning to make a surprise. Im both hands up for surprises, otherwise im kinda worried.

Yea, the studio went bankrupt, because the game didn't sell well.

They went backrupt due to Ubisoft pulling out of the game "Fortress" that GRIN were working on which was a Final Fantasy spin-off game. As they didn't have any on-going projects apart from that and late, delayed payments from companies; they just couldn't surivive anymore.

As it turns out, the 2 brothers have reformed doing mobile games for now in a new studio. The rights are now to Rebellion for this game.

Also to answer everyones worries and the the thoughts of a "surprise". That will not ever happen unfortunately. If anyone has any issues, they should email Rebellion directly as the studio behind the Original patches and updates won't be continuing with those anymore (as said earlier in this post).

Sorry guys.

You can look online for GRIN studios' demise for confirmation of this post as well as your piece of mind.

That's an entirely different GRIN you're mentioning here and is totally not related to Woolfe.

I just bought this game so I dont know anything. Is the ending going to be bad now that there is no volume 2? Should they stop selling because there is no more?
