Damn audio issues

I bought all the X games in the single pack.
Everything seems to be working.
Except that whichever of the games I start I have no voices.
I have an N version of Windows 7. So I have no Windows Media Player.
It really blows to spend 40 euros on a bunch of games that dont work.
Online solutions call on me to dig through my codecs or convert some
data files. Neither inspire much faith. I'm close to wanting my money back.

i did the same issue and am having 0 luck figuring it out as well. i have poured through forms and asked my friends which a games nuts to help and so far ive gotten nothing to work

I am having similar issues. Music and cutscenes work but no dialog and sfx in-game.

see if you can match your realtek with windows and put both to sterio not 5.1 or anything else wokred for me

My problem was having a windows-n version (That's windows without the Windows Media Foundation).
