What HOTAS?
Hi,

Was looking at getting the Saitek X52 Pro, but I see the X55 is now available. X55 looks more solid, but doesn't have the built in screen. I play a few space sims as well as some flight sims (just a casual gamer - nothing too serious). Any ides what looks like the better controller?

X55 is a decent HOTAS. Its plastic so it is also cheap. Looks, good (except for the plastic knobs), feels good and does it thing. Thrustmaster Warthof is a A-10 replica. Good quality stick but really made for the DCS A-10 game. The X55 is more versatile with a mode butto so in total you can program about 90 buttons. X52 pro shoudl also be a decent stick. Main difference with the X55 is the layout and single engine throttle, while the X55 has two throttle levers.
I would say: go for the X55. Good luck with the choice.

the extra thing in x52pro as opposed to x52 isnt worth the price difference
