Mines not produceing

I have built a factory complex with both mines and the solar power plant and crystal fab, And despite having full resorces, nothing is produceing anything. Any idea what's going on?

is it stocked with those energy things? (don't remember the name) and have you waited a sufficient amount of time?

The timers aren't moving, but I forgot you had to give it some energy crystals to jumpstart it, Been years since I played. Thanks. :^)
