Lag in Multiplayer

Hello, i have basically the same issue as described in a post before:

As the game progresses more and longer lag spikes build up, for me and my friends as well. As we attempted to play it in hardcore and everybody died repeatedly due to the spikes, my friends gave up.

Is somebody workin on that right now?
