Hi all well it took abit of time getting a response but at least they did and its now working even with DX11 on. All i had to do was this.

Run the following installers:
◾...\Steam\Steamapps\common\deus ex - human revolution\redist\dx90c\DXSETUP.exe
◾...\Steam\Steamapps\common\deus ex - human revolution\redist\vcredit\vcredist_x86.exe

Reboot your computer and test the issue again

Now i can play the game on max settings and just to say thanks to steam and people who tried and help on this forum.. :D

I've been waiting for a answer from Square Enix for now two weeks... I'm getting a bit worried... Have a nice time playing to Deus Ex ;) I hope I will finaly play to a good game (as I've been told DEHR is)
