Once I beat the main story, can I return to the hub?

Once I beat the game, can I return to the hub and free roam?

Nope, it end with end credits and come back to the main menu. Where (if you own the regular version) you restart a new game from scratch, or (with the Director'd cut) you can start a new game with the last saved inventory and augs. But no free roam.
