Can someone give me pacifist?

Hello,

I am Steinin and I am very frustrated right now. I have for the last three weeks been playing Deus Ex: Human Revolution on my spare time. I have been attempting a full achievement run because I like collecting them. It has all progressed fairly smoothly and I have managed to get almost every one so far (including Foxiest and Doctorate) but I apparently failed to properly do my homework on what might cause sudden and inexplicable death for henchmen. Somewhere along the way, someone apparently got hit by a dart in the face too hard, suffered a heart attack by being dragged through a vent or perhaps dozed off next to an explosive barrel or fragmentation mine. To the best of my knowledge I have not caused the death of any enemies but as far as I know there is no way to check either. Because if there were, I would not be making this post.

I feel like I have done everything needed to unlock that achievement and it really irritates me that the game has decided that I have killed someone somewhere, especially if said death was the result of some glitch in the game. Again, none of this would be any issue if there were some way to know when I failed this criteria. I could replay the whole game but I do not really have the time or interest to do so right now nor would I like to risk experiencing this situation again. If anyone of you reading this has a savegame where you unlocked pacifist, I would greatly appreciate it if you could make it available somewhere for me and any others who might experience the same issue. Please?. Thank you.

My version is the standard (Not Director's Cut!) version.

ps. Would it really have been that hard to implement a stat screen?! Print out a variable, come on, Developers!

There is certainly a grain of truth in what you say and the whole thing feels a bit dishonest, I agree. But do not judge me too harshly for I sincerely believe that I was cheated out of my reward by the game. I have taken extraordinary pains to try to prevent any fatalities. If you knew for a fact that a bug in the game ruined my pacifism run, would you still feel the same?

Hey what do you know. I though I might have been a bit too violent in Panchea (gas or peps) so I loaded up a save from the Omega ranch and grabbed a laser rifle for the final boss and stealth-ran through panchea as fast as I could and I got it. Game complete.

Good job man, and good for you going the honest route. I'm eventually going to try for all the achievements too, but my first run is just going to be for fun since I'm terrible at being stealthy and not killing people. Then maybe a full stealth run if I'm not burnt out after. :-]
