Van Bruggen Glitch/Bug
Van Bruggen is still and I can't do anything. I have the Medical Employee ID and I can't do nothing to make him hack it. Does anyone has a solution for this? Thank you.

Have you been in Van Bruggen's apt before?? and when you have - there's a couple of bugs in 1st Hengsha( anyway I would complete all the side-quests before meeting Van Bruggen. good luck))
