jumping terrible?
It's been a while since i played it, but i couldnt remember the jumping being so bad. He barely goes up in the air and then goes right back down? It's like he's glued to the ground..

You need to upgrade the cybernetic leg auguments (boot symbol) and he will jump much better.

Your kidding :steammocking: how can you forget to upgrade the aug's ? there like cheating without cheating, They make Jensen who he is. When you look at the 1st DX and how the aug system worked. This is remastered, with only have to use a few weapons (your choice) and by the end just one gets it done. Upgrading the augs to suit your style of game play is great.

hahah, yeah, the augs are great. But the jumping... cmon man :) that's just bad programming

It's not bunny-hopping, but when I need to get to or over something that aug get's it done, the one thing (for me) is there is no place I can't go. Even locked doors can be opened without hacks or codes, one rule applys "shoot who you have to, take what you want".

He'probably weighs more than a hundred kilos considering the amount of metal in him, of course he won't be able to jump very high without upgrades.

hmm, good point. Never thought of it that way though, pretty obvious.

DX1 was a great game, I've got countless hours playing that, Invisable War was too candy coated, (lacked grit) more for kids then adults. DXHR play time 8hrs max half of DX1 but far better GFX.

Probably heavier than that. I weighed that much a couple years back (The freshman 15 was more like a freshman 150 for me) and I managed to outrun a bus for a few seconds. Then again, I never got thrown through a window in the only videogame to show what realistically happens to people who go through closed windows.
