game crashes hard

Have no idea why. It loads fine for a bit then it just crashes. any help?

I am having the same issue... It used to run PERFECT, now I reformatted PC reinstalled and I crash at menus screen everytime, atm Kane&Lynch 2 dog days is the only game of mine that is crashing... Did you find a reason? or a fix yet? I will post if I do.

OK well I found a couple forum threads with a fix for this crash! You know how you crash at menu where you choose to load your game? well..You have to unplug your internet connection,then Load your game,after it loads you can reconnect to internet,and then you are good to go,I just used this method and played for about an hour with NO Problems!!
Lucky 4 me I am using a System selector ffor my PC and consoles,so all I have to do is press my example=Sega Saturn system selector button,Load my game,then Press My PC system selector button,and works Great after that.
If you don't hhave a system selector unit, then just follow the same steps and unplug your ethernet cable from your PC load game&plug back in... That way seems like a pain and could eventually possibly damage your ethernet connection, if I didnt have a sytem selector, I prolly would have just uninstalled the game, but there are prolly other easy methods to DC your internet b4 u load game.
This works like a charm and is the only known fix I have found.

after your game save loads,
Reconnect to internet,

Multiplayer crashes on me though,might just not be timing ethernet right though.

It works great for me! But only for single player,if I try and choose co-op I crash :( but I LOVE this game... it's a shame they dont fix this up 4 us,but it should work like a charm! It is quite easy for me TY to my system selector,I just Press a console button,load game then press my PC button,I was doubtfull, but it worked 1st try and keeps workin everytime! If I figure out a way to play multiplayer I will post 4 ya! Let me know how u make out if you want! Good Luck!

The way i do it is=
launch game with internet on,then at the pre menu screen where u see the car driving,unplug internet load game and at about 50% game loaded u can pop your internet back on.

Thats kind of the main reason I bought this game my friend and I loved it on 360 so we bought it for the summer sale and we're trying to play co-op again. =/

Dang! that sux :( I bought it full price back in the day,I rarley beat games,but LUV this game so much,I beat it on normal b4,now I am allmost near beating it on hard! kane&lynch2 is a true gem!Since it crashes with online connection at menu,I wonder if the servers for multiplayer are even still active?Hmmm..
Anyway if 1 of us finds a way to play online co-op or the other online play modes Please Post how!! Did ya try the above method for single player yet? I will have to give multiplayer, some try outs today or tomorrow , see if I can get on.
