Is there a co-op mod for HL:S or HL

For Half-Life there is "Sven Coop" Look around for that mod. Sadly, there are no coop mods for Half-Life: Source.

Obsidian Conflict supports coop for HL:S.

Actually download Synergy from the Steam store and you can enable Half-Life: Source.

Yes but for some reason it doesn't work here, even when i mount it.

I belive the PS2 version has a co-op campaign called decay.

Seem to be having a similar problem with it not opening at all and when it does just plain crashing

Decay is an expansion pack of HL1, not a co-op version.
Btw, have you checked out Obsidian Conflict, Sven Coop or Synergy yet?
