Problem on Windows 7 x64

I started the game recently on Windows 7 x64.
Upon fresh installation a white window comes up, with a popup saying there was a video error. "The following problems have been found:" is blank. Clicking OK, it comes up again. This time under "The following problems have been found:" It says "This is a fatal error, Neon will now exit"

Anyone have any ideas on this problem?
