How to opt-in to the in-dev build
Hi all,

Here's a guide on how to opt-in to in-dev builds. This will replace your copy of TUG with the InDev version; you will be able to swap back to the standard version.

Note: Saves between the normal version and the in-dev builds will likely not be compatible.

We strongly recommend you keep separate save names for each build if you decide to switch between them.

Simply follow these steps:
  1. Do not be actively running TUG
  2. Go to the "Library" tab of Steam
  3. Right click on TUG
  4. Select "Properties"
  5. Switch to the "Betas" tab
  6. In the "Select the beta you would like to opt into:" drop down box, choose the InDev branch. You do not need to enter a code.
  7. This will then update your copy of TUG to the InDev branch and you can launch the game normally

To switch back to the standard version, simply follow the steps above but in step 6 choose to opt out of beta programs.

Be aware, performance may be a TOTAL mess... its a build we actively work on in studio, before we push out as a main update.

For now it will be random, until we settle on a consistent schedule.

Suggestions are always welcome.

I believe that there was a Dev branch availabel before the 0.8.2 update..during 0.8.1 the dev branch WAS for 0.8.2....now that it hs gone to the main branch...well I'm assuming they just haven't gotten 0.8.3 ready just yet...but when it's ready for testing i assume they will add another Dev branch to switch too. Please correct me if im wrong Devs.
