Im already browsing the website, and will try to "move" current Mordheim tournament starting on 3 days there. Just in time!
As always, your time and efforts are highly appreciated.
Drop me a line if you need any help! I got a crash course from the Toornament folks, so know a few of the ins and outs of setting it all up.
The only dead we are is dead excited that you're still playing Mordheim (and/ or waiting very patiently for Necromunda news).
You win this thread. No contest.
This is great news. I'm not exactly a competitive player, but I see the appeal 100%, and appreciate this move.
Thanks for the feedback! You're right, since we don't have the capactiy to add it into the game directly these days, but your note is exactly the kind of feedback that we consider as we continue development on Necromunda: Underhive Wars.
If we are giving a bit of a feedback, I´d say that, given how we are talking about turn-based games, a reconnect feature should be a must. Or at least a way to resolve desync as it happens, not so that the game stalls indefinitely as it does now when that happens.
So, in other words:
1: even in absense of server, a way for a reconnecting party to request the game information from the other party, and
2: A way to resolve desyncs, preferrably by regular status syncing of some sort, game information requests or something like that.
Because desync -> both lose is something I´d rather never see again. :b
What we CAN hope is that Necromunda will have a much more fleshed out, well working PvP aspect than Mordheim.
Thank you for getting it on Toornament - it is easier to arrange leagues now, almost done with our first Buddyhood Brawl League, next will be twice as big and twice as brawly!
The signup for BBL2 is now LIVE for the public! This Mordheim_COTD League is hosted by the kNightly Buddyhood, rules are made in cooperation with the community.
We hope to see new buddies join us! So far, at the time of writing, we have 15 participants of 24.
We play on PC.

Each tournament has different rules / regulations, so it really depends.
