Bug on my first visit to Blacklake

On my first visit to Blacklake, when I still have escort, I can't enter Aldanon's estate - my escort Karina won't talk to me and the door is unusable. Using scripts to teleport to Market district and initiating the trip again doesn't work. Could anyone with toolset experience give me the script that initiates dialogue with Karina (something like 'What are you standing here for, didn't you have business here?') or starts the quicksilver dialogue with Aldanon. A way to simply teleport inside the mansion would help too.
