That's what I mean, though. They've finished the game. They think it has enough content and they've moved on to other projects. They're not working on Westerado anymore. I understand that a lot of indie devs today release games and then keep adding to them after they're released, but in Westerado's case, it's just a full, finished release, and I don't think they'll be adding any more to it.
That's the thing, a game doesn't "die". It just runs its course. That means, it was developed, then released, then people bought it, the devs addressed any complaints the players had, then they moved on to other games. That's how triple A games work today, too. The devs release the game and use some DLC to keep it afloat until they eventually decide to just leave that game and work on a new one.
Yes! That word! DLC! That's what im trying to get at!
I'd definitely be up for some DLC, actually. I'd love if the devs could add some. Thing is, they've been awfully quiet, so I don't suppose they're gonna be working on the game anymore.
