Someone has played this game? If so, what's his opinion of it?
I'm wondering wether to buy it or not, it could be a curious game to play but it can go wrong in too many ways to not ask for some kind of review.

It's like a board game interface with a story and mini games. I think the gameplay is interesting and unique. If it's on sale I'd say go for it. It's a nice game and probably largely underrated.

Of how many hours of gameplay would we be talking? And it is repetitive or confuse?

I enjoyed the game a lot and can heartily recommend it. It has an interesting and at times surprisingly mature story and the gameplay doesn't get boring (well, at least for me it didn't).

According to Steam it took me around 14h to beat the game.

The game has actually a demo, it's just not on Steam for some reason. You'll probably get a far better picture of the gameplay if you just try it out for yourself.

For me, the gameplay gets really boring as the game goes on,
you're just doing the same four or five minigames over and over while advancing the story.

However, the story is very interesting, unique and kinda makes up for the boring gameplay.
I clocked at 15 hrs. for this game.

If you like reading a story, a really well-written story in fluent English, then this game is a must-own. The mini-games are repetitive, but not misery.

I downloaded the demo but my anti-virus deletes it as a threat.

I see.. purchasing a game not for top-graphics or innovative gameplay but for an excellent history sounds a bit.. like me.

I'll purchase it then, thanks for your opinions.

Anti-virus aren't very smart nowadays.

I think I'll copy my old answer for the "is it worth it" question, before they delete the game forums:

Like ogres, this game has layers.

At the core of it, you're roleplaying a gang of four girls solving/causing problems in a small 1920's town.

The presentation borrows its design from board games of roughly the same era - the maps are big paper sheets with small tin objects on them representing characters you can interact with. Challenges and items are in the form of cards.

Interaction, apart from simply talking, involves actions like fibbing, flirting, exposing etc, done as mini-games.

On top of that, there are light RPG elements allowing your girls to level up and become better at said minigames, and to gather items to help them with the adventures.

The storytelling is superb and requires an above-average grasp of the English language. You will be immersed in the atmosphere of a small 1920's town, with its prejudices, intrigues and struggles. It's also very witty, going on bizarre. I'm pretty sure some innocent things represent other, less innocent things, but can't always pin it down. The plot will take you pretty far away from normalcy without you even noticing.

At this point you should be fairly sure whether this game is for you or not.

Is there translations patchs for it ?

My tiny review is here :

In short i don't recommend it, the first hour or two are tolerable just for the novelty, but as soon as you unlock the town and start doing match making for the pharmacist it gets really boring. The biggest problem for me is that it puts you into situations you don't care about (in other words the story doesn't cut it for me), and the minigames become repetitive in a hurry.

No offense meant to anyone, but I think you need to be a very dull person to get a kick from this game.

That's offensive and shows that you're clearly not a man of world.

It's just a different type of game. I think people need to look past modern fancy graphics to appreciate it. I've clocked about the same amount of hours this week playing this game as I did Sleeping Dogs.

But hey, it's just like some folks don't like going to the theater to see a play and prefer the action on a big screen. That's what this game is, a play.

Is it worth the regular price? Not to me, but if it's on sale I say snatch it up. It's fun for a good amount of time.

It's an oddly entertaining game. I got it from one of the Indie Royale packages so I didn't pay much for it but I personally enjoyed it.
