NO local 2 Player SPLIT SCREEN - no purchase!

Why does every dev of racing games think we dont need/want a 2 player mode on a PC game? Why do I have to buy a console to play together with my friends at my home?

Playing with your buddy on your couch is much more fun then the faceless online competition. And you always hear: buy a console for coop play.
But with Steam Link © you can connect your PC to your big flatscreen TV and play your games in your living room...

I would like to buy and play this game, but only if a LOCAL 2 player mode is added. Thanx.

What you need to understand is, that this isn't any kind of console kiddies racing vroom-vroom toy like Need for Speed or whatever. This is serious simulator, that is meant to be played with a good steering wheel and pedal system. Splitscreen is out of question.

No its perfectly normal and justified. As he said its a racing sim they arent made for splitscreen nor should they be. Since all the information and FOV you get on your screen is extremly important to racing. Spliting that for two people in a sin is just a dumb idea and completly useless. if you want a split screen "racing game" made for split screen and such look for those such as need for speed and others.

I agree with Capt.Cool. I was going to buy this game to play with my girlfriend but it is said to hear that this game does not have local multiplayer.
