Substance Painter 2.3.1 crashes with Win 10 and Nvidia 1060

I need to use Substance Painter 2.3.1 (Cant upgrade) and it just keeps crashing and crashing, doesnt matter if im baking or the software its just open.

I have Win 10 Aniversary (had to upgrade because nvidia drivers)
Nvidia GTX1060
16GB RAM
Intel i7 3370k

With this specs SP should work fine. (I have same hardware in another pc with windows 7)

My question is, has windows 10 issues with SP and Nvidia drivers ?
