RCT3 Should have Workshop
This game will be great with workshop, you could download coasters, people, maps, scenarios , scenery and buildings! Anyone agree?

I totally agree! Would LOVE to share rollercoasters, scenarios, and stuff. This NEEDS to be there!!!

Litterly, almost everything in the game IS customizable so it would really work.

But there are two flaws: First, the game is VERY dated (2003-2004). Second, Altari is bankrupt and the developers, for lack of a better word, "abandoned" RCT3. Believe me, I would want it as much as anybody else, but the chances of them adding a workshop to a now nearly decade old game isn't looking too grand. It's better to finish the game and hope for news of RCT4 in the hopefully upcoming future.

If Atari is bankrupt, how do you suppose they will have to money to make RCT4?

Well, it will probably get bought by Valve,Ubisoft as long as its not made by EA...... they screw everything with the word "online" up.

isnt atari owned by hasbro. plus if they're bankrupt how did the 3DS one get made. O.O

They filed bankrupcy AFTER the 3DS game was released. The bankrupcy occured just a couple of months ago, I believe. But yea, EA is horrible. They screwed me over with Spore's five install limit and the stupid secuROM. Even their steam games have DRMS. That's why I don't buy games from EA.

They baught PopCap. I loved their casual games. Can't wait to see those getting ruined.. yeay.

Other way around, Atari owns Hasbro (I think correct me if I am wrong)

Would it not be possible to do a workshop, whether the developers have gone bankrupt or not? I think it will be possible without the developers? They should probably just accept it?

Yea, workshops are maintained by the community and valve. I think it would be very possible.

There are websites where you can download certain content for this game - people have parks/creations since when the game was released to this year..
Just a heads up to anybody who didn't know.

Yeah but I feel a lot more safe dowloading it through steam.
OfficialNoobCubed Apr 12, 2013 @ 9:35pm
Think steam will do it? The game is just pretty much waiting for this, CS will be made a breeze to install. Plus downloading other people's parks without fear of a virus will be nice.

If the community wants it, steam might do it. There does seem to be alot of support for this.
