If you are talking about RollerCoaster Tycoon 3D, it is out, but from what I have heard, it is terrible.

If you are talking about a true successor to the RollerCoaster Tycoon franchise, don't count on it.

RCT4 is not Rollercoaster 3ds. RollerCoaster Tycoon 4 is still in development and has been confirmed IGN who has allready made a page specifically for RCT4 with the words of the relese date as "TBA" but the developers of RTC4 has said in their forums that they predict it would be released during the late 2013 or early 2014. oh and IP rights my ass :P IT IS IN DEVELOPMENT. geez :)

Not true. NO proof in this at all. There is no announcements whatsoever.

LOL you don't need an official announcment to know that a game is in development. For example, Gabe never said anything about the relese of HL3, but we all know its coming one day.
